Great bento and light fluffy sponge
This cake was great, light and fluffy and just the right amount of cream, not heavy. However, i found that it tasted better the day after as some of the strawberries on the first day were a little sour, might be because theyre not in season.
It was yummy but I took a star off as I had a sharp thing in my mouth when I took a bite. I tried to spit it out but I think I swallowed it. Not sure what it was. I’ve bought heaps of cakes from ENZE and this has definitely not happened before.
It was my first time having this cake not to be compared with th elychee cake but it was good as well. I personally liked it but the rest of the people like thelychee more
