The cake is fresh, light, and delicious. The delivery service is spot on and well communicated. The jasmine tea flavour is well balanced, not overpowering. I would have appreciated a few more mandarin segments and a slightly larger white chocolate plaque for such a large cake. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars — plus plus!

The jasmine tea flavour in the cream was strong but not overpowering, and the mandarin pieces inside were juicy but not wet. The two flavours complimented one another well and we managed to eat the whole cake over 3 days (between two people). I appreciate how the cake kept its form and did not become soggy or sweat over those few days. The inside has fresh cream and the outside has a kind of cream that is often used in Asian cream cakes (slightly thicker and fattier, but not oily or granular) A minority of commenters say they don't like the cream consistency on the outside, but I absolutely loved it and thought it was nice to have the two textures side by side. Will defintiely try other flavours next time!! :)
Cake was delicious. Soft and not too sweet. Loved it!
We tried another Enze cake and it was so light and decadent. Not too sweet…perfect!
