Unique flavours combining jasmine tea and mandarin. Cake was not too sweet. Chiffon was light and airy. Didn’t keep week after 48 hours as the mandarin gave off liquid and soaked the chiffon.
The cake is absolutely delicious. The creams are not too sweet & the sponge is delicious.
The Jasmine taste is just enough & it is a great combination with the mandarins
