The texture of the cake was extremely light and fluffy. Tasted very freshly made too. However the yuzu cream and lemon curd failed to impress. It neither had the signature aroma of yuzu nor the zesty tang of Lemon. The flavours were not prominent at all. The cake had a very enjoyable texture but the taste of the cream and filling let it down making it taste very bland and generic.
Cake was deliver in perfect condition and tasted absolutely sensational - perfect balance between sweet and tart AND was light and fluffy!!

It was my mum's birthday and she is not a fan of sweets. I have seen Enze all over my social media pages so I decided to give it a go. Mum was extremely pleased with how soft and airy the cake was. It was just the right amount of sweetness for her. I plan to get her another cake from here but a different flavour for her next birthday
