A classic cake done extremely well. The strawberries popped off the white background. Every mouthful was fresh with the layers of chopped strawberries inside. Our guests loved the classic flavours and we’d happily order it again.
We ordered the large size for a birthday party, and it was perfect in every way—fresh, light, tasty, and elegantly presented. Every guest enjoyed the cake, and some even asked where we had ordered it from. Highly recommended!
A lovely strawberry flavoured cake, with loads of cream: Fresh cream in the layers between the sponge which i loved, and then what I'm guessing is Chantilly cream all over, studded with fragrant strawberries throughout. I thought the sponge wasn't as light and airy as some of Enze's other cakes. Enjoyable cake, but a touch too much Chantilly cream for my liking.
Almost all of Enze’s cakes are great, but the strawberry and cream is definitely our go to.
It’s a guarantee hit at any gatherings and would always receive the highest level of Asian compliment: not too sweet.
Loved everything about this cake- the texture, strawberry fillings, taste…. Very balanced.
Will definitely order again and try the other flavours.
