This wasn't the crowd favourite not because its not good it just wasn't as great as the Mango cake. It's definitely still beautiful visually and in texture and not a heavy flavour. Great with a cup of tea for a little something.
Light sponge, alluring rose and sweet lychee (but not too sweet). Beautiful. We order 2 bentos for a 70th and guests loved both (goes well with the taro Bento).
