I originally blind-ordered this strawberry and cream cake for my boyfriend's birthday after he told me it was his favourite combination. BEST decision I ever made!
The cake itself was so light and fluffy, the strawberries used both inside and on top of the cake were fresh, and the cream was the perfect level of sweetness (not overly sweet at all).
We've since ordered cakes from Enze twice more as it's now our favourite go-to bakery for cakes - even when there's no special occasion at all and just craving a sweet treat. We already know which cake flavour we're planning to order and try next!
