The matcha was stronger than expected

I had low expectations as I typically do when it comes to matcha strawberry combinations but I was pleasantly surprised by this flavour. The matcha was pronounced and the strawberries were a burst of sweetness. Overall a delicious cake, though I could do without those rose flavouring.
