The strawberry matcha cake was to everyone's delight. Chiffon was soft to touch and airy like clouds. There was a strong matcha flavour, which we did enjoy, but felt it could have been more balanced with more fresh strawberries or strawberry jam throughout. The cream (or meringue) was heavenly. It was perfectly smooth and really elevated the cake. The delivery option made it for a convenient celebration for my family on the day! Thank you, Enze team!! This was my first Enze cake, but definitely wont be my last.
The cake taste so yummy!! The combination of the matcha and the strawberry is so balanced. Isn't on the bitter side which i personally like and enjoy in my matcha desserts.
I have purchased several of these cakes and I am also deeply satisfied with the taste, texture and just the right sweetness level. I would continue to put purchase all my cakes from here.

The cake is very light with fresh cream. It decorates beautifully with fresh strawberries on top. I would love the matcha flavor be stronger. Overall it is very fresh and delicious. Would definitely buy again.
