Work got the Enze strawberry matcha cake for my birthday in the office, everyone absolutely loved it. The chiffon was light and fluffy, matcha cream had the perfect balance of earthy flavour without being too sweet. The fresh strawberries added a nice touch to the cake.
Beautifully made, delicious, and not heavy at all. Highly recommended, would definitely order again!
I got this cake as my little toddler requested a pink cake for her grandmas birthday. It was just incredible and delish! Can’t wait to try the rest but too scared too incase they don’t stand up to this matcha cake.
Please sell the slices online as well as I’d buy one in each flavour to try.
