Perfectly balance cheesecake

Cannot fault this cheesecake. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and cheese flavour. The burnt top was not overdone and did not overpower the taste.

Seriously amazingly

I was seriously amazed by this Basque burnt cheesecake. The center is unbelievably creamy and soft, and the flavor is perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too heavy with the cheese aroma is so rich. I will definitely come back for this cake!!!!
