Fluffy

The cake layers were soft and fluffy (not dry at all), the cream was not too sweet, and we loved the floral and fragrant flavours!

Delicious cake

I ordered the jasmine and Mandarin cake and it was so fluffy and delicious. I would say that the jasmine was very subtle but I could tell it was there. I would prefer if it was stronger but I enjoyed the flavour combination! Will definitely be ordering from enze again!

Wonderful

The cake was so fluffy it was like eating a cloud. The tea flavour was deliciously pronounced and the mandarin helped balance it all. Would order again!
