Great cake amazing taste
The sponge is light and the Jasmine notes are pleasant and not overpowering. The presentation is elegant, putting the fresh and floral flavours of the cake on full display.
My only small issue would be that the pieces of mandarin in my cake were a little bland - so I wish there was a bit more fruity sweet and tartness from the mandarin.
Will definitely order from here again.

The placement of the mandarin was a bit odd and it also came with a little crack on top. For a $66 cake, this was definitely not ideal. However, it still tasted pretty good and I enjoyed the jasmine tea flavour.
