Nothing more to say but 'just get it'. This cake is so light and tangy, perfect balance of sweetness. Enze have the best sponge, I've had my fair share of yummy sponge but Enze tops the all. Please everyone, just get it.

Bought this for my mum's birthday because she loves slightly tart flavours.
I don't usually like sponge cakes because it ends up being too same-y. However, the flavours in this cake do well to keep it fresh and not bland after a slice or two.

This yuzu lemon cake was a hit at a birthday party! I should've gotten 2, everyone was eyeballing the remaining pieces as their 2nd piece, lol! It was so light and fluffy, the right tartness and I love that it's just the right sweetness. I can't stand cakes that is too sweet. Dangerous cake cuz I could probably eat the whole thing in a day!
