I ordered this cake for my niece’s birthday and everyone loved it. The standout for this cake is its flavour, the pistachio flavour that you could feel in every bite. Its texture is so smooth and soft and the sweetness is just right. When combining it with drinking tea, it was just beautiful. As a fruit lover, I also added in some more berries like blueberries and strawberries to balance the sweetness and creamy of the cake. It would be best if we used raspberry but we didn’t have any at that time. Eveyone from young kids to elders loved it so much. We will definitely order more from Enze next time.
