Enjoyed the taste of the pistachio and raspberry which were not overpowering. The sponge as always just right. Cake tastes better the next day!
The overall look of the pistachio and raspberry cake is so fun, really made it feels special. The raspberry puree in the cream on top and in between the layers is really flavourful and well-made. My parents said we'd love it if there was EVEN less sugar (?!) in the pistachio cream to let the nuttiness really shine but it's a big win as a recipe as it is and we'd get it again
