ENZE Bakery Membership Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ENZE Bakery Membership Program operated by ENZE Bakery.

By joining, accessing or participating in the ENZE Bakery Membership Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any other terms, policies or notices published by ENZE Bakery, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Website Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not join or participate in the ENZE Bakery Membership Program.

2. About the ENZE Bakery Membership Program

The ENZE Bakery Membership Program is a customer rewards program designed to recognise and reward eligible customers based on their eligible annual spend with ENZE Bakery.

The program may provide members with access to tier-based benefits, birthday rewards, selected offers, early access to products, member-only updates and other benefits determined by ENZE Bakery from time to time.

Membership benefits are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your membership tier, purchase history, account status and the availability of offers.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the ENZE Bakery Membership Program, you must:

  • Create a valid ENZE Bakery customer account;

  • Provide accurate, complete and current account information;

  • Use your own account when placing orders;

  • Make eligible purchases while logged in to your ENZE Bakery account;

  • Comply with these Terms and Conditions; and

  • Be an individual customer, unless ENZE Bakery approves otherwise.

ENZE Bakery may refuse, suspend or cancel membership if we reasonably believe that an account has been created using false, incomplete, misleading or fraudulent information.

Membership is intended for personal use only and may not be used for unauthorised commercial, resale, bulk purchasing or fraudulent activity.

4. Joining the Program

Membership is free to join.

You can join the ENZE Bakery Membership Program by creating a customer account through the ENZE Bakery website or any other official channel approved by ENZE Bakery.

Once your customer account is created, eligible purchases made while logged in may contribute towards your eligible annual spend and membership tier.

Orders placed as a guest, under a different account, or through incomplete account details may not be counted towards your membership tier.

5. Member Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your ENZE Bakery account.

You must keep your login details confidential and must not allow another person to use your account.

ENZE Bakery is not responsible for any missed rewards, incorrect tier status, loss of benefits or account issues caused by:

  • Incorrect account information;

  • Guest checkout;

  • Use of multiple customer accounts;

  • Unauthorised access to your account;

  • Failure to sign in before placing an order;

  • Incorrect email address or phone number;

  • Technical issues outside ENZE Bakery’s reasonable control.

If you believe your account details, tier status or eligible spend are incorrect, you should contact ENZE Bakery with your account details and relevant order information.

6. Membership Tiers

The ENZE Bakery Membership Program may include multiple membership tiers. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Bronze;

  • Silver;

  • Gold; and

  • Black.

Each tier may have different spend thresholds, benefits, rewards or access privileges.

The exact tier names, eligible spend thresholds, benefits and reward conditions will be displayed on the ENZE Bakery website, membership page or communicated through official ENZE Bakery channels.

ENZE Bakery may change, rename, add, remove or restructure membership tiers at any time.

7. Eligible Annual Spend

Your membership tier is calculated based on your eligible annual spend during the relevant membership period.

Eligible annual spend generally includes the final paid amount for completed purchases made through your registered ENZE Bakery account, excluding any amounts that ENZE Bakery determines are not eligible.

Eligible annual spend may exclude:

  • Cancelled orders;

  • Refunded orders;

  • Partially refunded amounts;

  • Delivery fees, unless otherwise stated;

  • Gift cards, unless otherwise stated;

  • Discounts, vouchers, coupons or promotional credits;

  • Store credits;

  • Taxes or charges not treated as product spend;

  • Orders placed as a guest;

  • Orders placed under a different account;

  • Orders placed outside approved ENZE Bakery channels;

  • Fraudulent, suspicious or unauthorised transactions;

  • Any order that ENZE Bakery reasonably determines should not be included.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, reversed or adjusted after purchase, ENZE Bakery may adjust your eligible annual spend, tier status or rewards accordingly.

8. Membership Period

The membership period is based on the annual period determined by ENZE Bakery.

Unless stated otherwise, your membership tier is assessed based on eligible annual spend during the relevant yearly membership cycle.

ENZE Bakery may review, reset, renew, upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at the end of each membership period based on your eligible annual spend and program rules.

ENZE Bakery may change the membership period, review dates or renewal process at any time.

9. Tier Upgrades and Downgrades

Your membership tier may be upgraded when your eligible annual spend reaches the required threshold for the next tier.

Please allow reasonable time for purchases, tier progress and rewards to appear in your account.

At the end of a membership period, your tier may be reviewed. If your eligible annual spend does not meet the threshold for your existing tier, your tier may be downgraded, reset or adjusted according to ENZE Bakery’s membership rules.

ENZE Bakery reserves the right to correct tier status if an error, refund, cancellation, duplicate account or invalid transaction affects your eligible annual spend.

10. Member Benefits

Member benefits may vary by tier and may include:

  • Birthday rewards;

  • Selected member offers;

  • Early access to selected products or collections;

  • Member-only updates;

  • Special promotional offers;

  • Tier progress updates;

  • Exclusive campaign access;

  • Other rewards or benefits determined by ENZE Bakery.

Benefits are subject to availability and may change at any time.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, member benefits:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Cannot be transferred to another person;

  • Cannot be sold, assigned or gifted;

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders;

  • Cannot be used after expiry;

  • May not be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions or vouchers;

  • May be subject to minimum spend, product exclusions, order limits or date restrictions.

Specific reward terms may apply to individual benefits. If specific reward terms conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the specific reward terms will apply to that reward.

11. Birthday Rewards

ENZE Bakery may offer birthday rewards to eligible members.

To receive a birthday reward, you may need to provide a valid date of birth in your customer account before the relevant birthday reward period.

Birthday rewards may be issued during your birthday month or another period determined by ENZE Bakery.

Birthday rewards may be subject to:

  • Minimum spend requirements;

  • Product exclusions;

  • Expiry dates;

  • Account eligibility;

  • Communication preferences;

  • Availability;

  • Other conditions stated when the reward is issued.

ENZE Bakery is not responsible for missed birthday rewards where account details are incomplete, incorrect or not updated in time.

12. Offers, Promotions and Rewards

From time to time, ENZE Bakery may provide members with offers, rewards or promotional benefits.

These offers may be made available through email, SMS, website, customer account, social media, in-store communication or other official ENZE Bakery channels.

Offers and rewards may be limited by:

  • Membership tier;

  • Customer account status;

  • Product availability;

  • Purchase history;

  • Location;

  • Time period;

  • Minimum spend;

  • Order type;

  • Product category;

  • Other eligibility criteria.

ENZE Bakery may withdraw, amend or substitute any offer or reward at any time, including where there is an error, stock issue, technical issue or misuse of the program.

13. Use of Rewards

Rewards must be used in accordance with the instructions provided at the time of issue.

Rewards may need to be applied at checkout using a code, automatic discount, account-based benefit or other method determined by ENZE Bakery.

Rewards may not be valid if:

  • The reward has expired;

  • The customer is not logged in;

  • The customer is not eligible;

  • The minimum spend is not met;

  • The product is excluded;

  • The order is cancelled or refunded;

  • Another offer has already been applied;

  • The reward has already been used;

  • The account has been suspended or cancelled.

ENZE Bakery is not required to reissue rewards that are expired, lost, deleted, unused or incorrectly applied by the customer.

14. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

If an order is cancelled, refunded or partially refunded, ENZE Bakery may adjust your eligible annual spend, membership tier, rewards or benefits.

If a reward was earned or used in connection with an order that is later cancelled or refunded, ENZE Bakery may cancel the reward, reverse the benefit or adjust your account.

Refunds will be managed in accordance with ENZE Bakery’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws.

15. Duplicate Accounts

Membership benefits and eligible annual spend are linked to the account used at the time of purchase.

If you create or use multiple accounts, ENZE Bakery is not required to combine eligible spend, rewards, benefits or tier progress across those accounts.

ENZE Bakery may, at its discretion, merge, suspend, close or restrict duplicate accounts.

Where accounts are merged, ENZE Bakery may determine how eligible spend, rewards and tier status are treated.

16. Misuse, Fraud and Suspicious Activity

ENZE Bakery may suspend, cancel, restrict or review your membership if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, suspicious activity or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

This may include:

  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts;

  • Providing false or misleading information;

  • Attempting to manipulate eligible spend;

  • Placing orders for the purpose of earning rewards and then cancelling or refunding them;

  • Sharing, selling or transferring rewards;

  • Using another person’s account without permission;

  • Using the program for unauthorised commercial or resale purposes;

  • Abusing promotional codes or offers;

  • Any conduct that ENZE Bakery reasonably considers unfair, fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.

If misuse is identified, ENZE Bakery may remove rewards, adjust eligible spend, downgrade tier status, cancel membership or refuse future participation.

17. Program Communications

By joining the ENZE Bakery Membership Program, you may receive communications relating to your membership, including:

  • Tier updates;

  • Reward notifications;

  • Birthday reward updates;

  • Program changes;

  • Membership reminders;

  • Account-related messages;

  • Selected member offers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. However, ENZE Bakery may still send service-related or account-related communications where necessary to administer your membership or comply with legal obligations.

18. Privacy

ENZE Bakery collects, uses and manages your personal information to operate the Membership Program, manage your customer account, calculate eligible spend, determine tier status, issue rewards, send communications and improve the customer experience.

Personal information may include your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, order history, account activity, membership status and communication preferences.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with ENZE Bakery’s Privacy Policy.

By joining the program, you acknowledge that ENZE Bakery may use your account and purchase information to administer the Membership Program.

19. Availability of the Program

The ENZE Bakery Membership Program may not always be available.

ENZE Bakery does not guarantee uninterrupted access to membership features, account dashboards, tier progress, rewards or offers.

Program access may be affected by:

  • Website maintenance;

  • Platform issues;

  • Technical faults;

  • Payment processing delays;

  • Third-party system issues;

  • Data syncing delays;

  • Events outside ENZE Bakery’s reasonable control.

ENZE Bakery will make reasonable efforts to correct issues but is not responsible for delays, interruptions or errors outside its reasonable control.

20. Errors and Corrections

ENZE Bakery may correct any errors relating to:

  • Eligible annual spend;

  • Membership tier;

  • Reward eligibility;

  • Reward value;

  • Offer details;

  • Account status;

  • Product pricing;

  • Program communication;

  • Technical or system calculation errors.

If an error results in an incorrect benefit, tier, reward or offer, ENZE Bakery may adjust, withdraw or cancel it.

21. Changes to the Membership Program

ENZE Bakery may change, suspend or end the Membership Program at any time.

This may include changes to:

  • Membership tiers;

  • Tier names;

  • Spend thresholds;

  • Eligible purchases;

  • Benefits;

  • Rewards;

  • Birthday offers;

  • Expiry dates;

  • Membership periods;

  • Communication methods;

  • Eligibility requirements;

  • These Terms and Conditions.

Where practical, ENZE Bakery will provide reasonable notice of major changes. However, ENZE Bakery may make immediate changes where required due to legal, technical, operational, fraud prevention or commercial reasons.

Continued participation in the program after changes are made means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.

22. Cancellation of Membership by You

You may stop participating in the ENZE Bakery Membership Program by contacting ENZE Bakery.

If your membership is cancelled, you may lose access to your tier status, rewards, benefits and membership offers.

Cancellation of membership does not automatically delete your customer account unless requested and processed in accordance with ENZE Bakery’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

23. Cancellation or Suspension by ENZE Bakery

ENZE Bakery may suspend or cancel your membership if:

  • You breach these Terms and Conditions;

  • Your account information is false, incomplete or misleading;

  • There is suspected misuse, fraud or suspicious activity;

  • Your account is inactive for a period determined by ENZE Bakery;

  • You misuse rewards or promotions;

  • The program is changed, suspended or discontinued;

  • ENZE Bakery is required to do so by law or operational necessity.

If your membership is suspended or cancelled, unused rewards or benefits may be forfeited.

24. No Cash Value

Membership benefits, rewards, tier status and offers have no cash value.

They cannot be exchanged, refunded, sold, transferred or redeemed for cash unless required by law.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ENZE Bakery is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Membership Program;

  • Missed, delayed or unavailable rewards;

  • Incorrect account details;

  • Technical issues;

  • Unauthorised account access;

  • Changes to the program;

  • Expired or unused rewards;

  • Program suspension or cancellation;

  • Errors in eligible spend or tier calculation.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

26. General Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply together with ENZE Bakery’s other policies and terms.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

Failure by ENZE Bakery to enforce a right under these Terms and Conditions does not mean ENZE Bakery has waived that right.

You may not transfer your membership, benefits or rights under these Terms and Conditions to another person.

27. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

By participating in the ENZE Bakery Membership Program, you agree that any dispute relating to the program will be handled in accordance with the laws and courts of New South Wales, Australia.
