Basque burnt cheesecake

It’s smaller and thinner than it appears in the picture. Glad I ordered size L they say serves 8-10 I’d say that serves 6. So I took away a star for the size. We all had a laugh about it serving 10. Tasted good.

It’s my first time to try and ordered from Enze, and they didn’t disappoint me/us. We ordered their Basque Burnt Cheesecake, and it was SO GOOD!!! We’ll try the mango cake next.
