I was very excited to order this cake for my husband‘s birthday, and eventually a bit disappointed with taste and texture - it wasn’t very. She wants soft, fluffy or airy , but it was like a normal sponge cake with layers ! The blueberry flavour was very mild and the lemon flavour was very subtle that neither of the notes elevated the cake taste to next level - either one of the flavours could be complementary and room to improve . The icing and buttercream was amazing and the overall appearance and on-time delivery , process involved in the online order was very seamless and well coordinated . Could improve the cake texture and I tried keeping the cake out of the refrigerator for 30-40 min for it to breathe yet the texture remaining same
