Like the other Enze cakes we have sampled, this one is light with lovely hints of blueberry and lemon. It was perfect for our blue party theme. Thanks for the easy delivery process too.
Another great pairing with both blueberry and lemon flavours distinct in every bite. The colours are also very pretty.
Very pretty cake, I loved the sponge. It was very delicate, but past a certain point the airiness of the cream/cake could feel uncomfortable. Overall, I loved this cake though!
