One of my favorite flavours

I think I’ve become the designated ‘cake’ person for family events. I’ve brought an ENZE cake to the last 4 family gatherings and they never disappoint. Blueberry and Lemon is a crowd favourite and ticks the boxes for not being overly sweet as well as being light and fluffy. Highly recommend

This cake was absolutely delicious! It wasn’t too sweet and had a perfect balance with the blueberry cream and lemon curd. This was our second cake from Enze and we are definitely coming back for more!

Yummy but a little too sweet

I adore the strawberries and cream cake, it’s not too sweet yet cloud-like soft and delicious with pops of quality strawberries. I think this blueberry yuzu cake looks beautiful, but we found the combo a touch too sweet likely from the thick layer of yuzu curd on top. If that were toned down in sugar it would be ideal. But it’s still delicious, you just can’t eat too much of it.
