Perfect post dinner treat

The perfect dessert to finish off dinner. The tartiness of the yuzu balanced the sweetness and creaminess of the cheesecake and honey. Very yummy!

Pleasantly surprised

I got this for my daughter’s 16th Birthday as she loves citrus! I am not a big fan of anything that is citrus flavored, But I was so pleasantly surprised by this cake! Oh boy, the honey yuzu is super delicious, it just melts in your mouth and the cheesecake is soft and tasty! It was a big hit with all my daughter’s friends and I would highly recommend this! I am now a big fan of all of Enze’s cakes !! So worth it for any celebration and value for money!

Beautiful balance of flavours and presentation

First time trying the Enze basque cheesecake because Ive made my way through most of the chiffon cake selections and the honey yuzu cheesecake was a beautiful balance of sweet and citrusy flavours, the texture was creamy and delicious! Also, beautifully presented as always!
