The yuzu cream truly tasted fresh and tangy which with the candied lemon slices made the cake come together. Since this is a basque cheesecake, expect for a slightly bitter burnt taste due to the crust. If you like cheesecake, you for sure will like this one!
We loved this cake for my birthday, the cheesecake itself is really good, with a nice burnt caramel/flan type flavour with a hint of cheese and the topping is fantastic. We got 15-16 good size pieces from the large (cut into rectangles). Highly recommend, even my normally picky Dad loved it!
