I recently had the pleasure of trying the Honey Yuzu Basque Cheesecake, and it was truly an unforgettable dessert experience. The creamy, rich texture of the cheesecake was perfectly balanced by the bright citrus notes of the yuzu, which added a refreshing zing without overpowering the natural flavor of the cheese. The subtle sweetness from the honey rounded everything out, creating a harmonious blend that was both indulgent and refreshing.
I ordered it for a birthday celebration, delivery was in timely order. Cake was delicious.
The burnt cheesecake is my favourite. This is my third time buying it. The cheesecake is light. Every scoop is a delight in my pallate.

I couldn't stop eating this cheesecake! I thought it would be sweet due to the honey but it wasn't too sweet. It has a refreshing taste from the lemon. I reallyyyy loved this cheesecake and will definitely be ordering this again!
