Yummy & Fluffy

Beautiful cake - visually, texture and taste! Not too sweet which was perfect! Could really taste the jasmine flavour and the sponge was so fluffy! Did have a few egg shells in the sponge though, but as a whole, did not disappoint!

A great sponge cake that you can always have a second slice. The tea flavour really came through the cream and it was a great balance with the mandarins. As big as the cake looked 12 people really finished the cake.

A crowd favourite!!!

I ordered this cake for my birthday and it was loved by everyone! I really liked that it wasn’t just filled with cream but also had mandarin pieces inside which made it refreshing after a meal. Looking forward to ordering another cake in the future :))
