It was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The cream was light, smooth, and not greasy at all.
The cake itself is great. Soft and moist. Taste of coconut cream is not strong enough. If coconut shreds or pieces being sprinkle on top or mixed with the cream, it would be much better. Even the subtle lavender aroma is stronger than the coconut cream. Overall it is a delicious cake , just dont expect any coconut taste or flavour in the cream
