Lemon Yuzu Cream Cake

I ordered the Lemon Yuzu cake for friends birthday and Enze did not disappoint. This cake was an absolute delight to the senses and was thoroughly enjoyed! I would be happy to order from Enze again not only for the supreme quality of their delicious cakes but for their customer service too. I'd accidentally put down the wrong date for delivery and emailed Enze once I realised my mistake and cod they please amend delivery to this date instead? They emailed back promptly and had arranged to deliver the cake on the date I requested.
So not only do Enze make superb cakes but have the superior customer service to match. Thank you so much, Enze!

The lemon yuzu cake was absolutely delicious! Delivery was seamless and communication was fabulous — I had a few tweaks to the timing, and everything was handled so smoothly. I took it to a party as a gift (for people who apparently weren’t cake lovers), but I got the large, and it was gone in a heartbeat. Enough said! Can’t wait to order my next one.

The Lemon Yuzu cream cake was the perfect way to end a lunch in the Australian sunshine! A perfect balance of summertime flavours that was sweet but not overly. The whole family loved it from 88 years old to 10! We will definitely try others.
