Pickup Instore (Barangaroo)

I was surprised that my order wasn’t ready for collection, especially as I’d received an email several hours earlier confirming it was ready to collect. The staff started looking for the items and started packing when I showed them my email.

Nice customer service

The pickup was quick, and my order was ready on time. The staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly. The only small issue was that a few people cut in line during pickup line. Other than that, it was a great experience!

The workers there didn’t really seem to care much, just handed me the cake- nothing exceptional about the customer service here
