Pickup Instore (Barangaroo)

The texture of the sponge cake base is Enze’s signature strength. The cream frosting is just beautiful. However, I personally feel that the flavor is slightly off balance. The tea flavor is more pronounced than the mandarin flavor, hence slightly on the bitter side. I thought a touch more citrus and sweetness would bring it back to balance. Regardless, Enze is always my only choice when it comes to cakes :-)

I recently picked up an online order from the Enze Barangaroo store. It was easy to find. The queue also didn’t take long. The person who served was nice and friendly.

Bought the burnt basque cheesecake and I really liked how light and good tasting it is. I did an online pick up and transaction was smooth. Only thing to note is that if you do a pick up, the time frame is 10am - 4pm. It would have been more convenient if there was an option like 1-2pm or something like that so I don't need to wait an entire day jusy to be notifid if the pick up is ready.

The pickup process is very easy and quick. Staff are very friendly. Lots of customers are there, but still it is very quick.
