We had two cakes for my husband’s birthday, but the ENZE Pistachio Raspberry Cake absolutely stole the show. It was incredibly light and fluffy, with just the right balance of flavours, not overly sweet, which made it so easy to keep going back for another slice. While the other cake barely made a dent, the ENZE one was completely demolished. Safe to say it was a hit with everyone! Would definitely get it again.
This is one of our favourites at Enze. The pistachio flavour is so strong and fragrant, and pairs well with raspberry. It's not too sweet which is perfect for our Asian palate.
