This cake was purchased from the Barangaroo store for my friend’s birthday on 30/05/2026. It was one of two cakes she received to celebrate at the restaurant, and it was a standout favourite among the guests. Several people specifically asked for a slice of the Rose & Lychee cake, and it disappeared quickly with no leftovers at all. The flavour was light, floral, and refreshing, making it the perfect finish to a wonderful birthday lunch. I would happily purchase this cake again for future celebrations.

Family's New Fave Dessert

I initially wanted to try the lychee cake because it looks so pretty. We were blown away by the light texture and taste of this cake. The whole fam loved it, I think we just found our new fam dessert.
