Brilliant cake. Light, airy and not overly sweet.
Lychee adds great flavor and freshness to the cake.
If being harsh- would be great to have raspberry gel in between but that’s just my preference!

It was nice cake, the outside was picture perfect, the inside middle area was not set or was watery as it was mishmashed, making it hard to slice.
