Not the same as it used to be

I’ve been a loyal customer since day one, but unfortunately, the cake quality has really gone downhill lately. The texture is no longer light and fluffy, and the flavour has become way too sweet. It’s a huge disappointment compared to how amazing it used to be. I really hope the bakery goes back to its original standard.
