Delicious and light cake

After seeing all the reels about the cake, my partner and I decided to order the bento to "suss out" the hype. It didnt disappoint! The sponge was light & bouncy, paired with the strawberry cream on top. It kind of reminds me of the famous strawberry watermelon cake at BS pastry.

We ordered the 6 ppl cake size and it was enough to last us 3 days. Would order again!

Fluffy and just the right amount of sweet

I bought the Strawberry cream bento for my daughter’s birthday. It was perfect - a soft and fluffy sponge with the perfect balance of chantilly cream and strawberry compote. The furoshiki wrapping was a lovely touch to the presentation and used to make a headband to remember the occasion. Thank you Enze, we’ll definitely be back for more!
