This cake looks simple on the outside but it is very balanced in flavour and sweetness inside.
The outside cream is so light it felt warm in my mouth which I enjoyed.
Presented so nicely it's almost a shame to slice it up to show it's light spongey layers with delicious cream and strawberry mix.
