Enjoyed the Strawberry Mochi Cake

The decorations were pleasing to the eyes. The frosting on top is spot on. The cream between the cake is thicker than the cake but the chopped sour strawberries gave it a nice balance. We ate the cake a day later because we had too much to eat already and the mochi pieces had melted into the cake. Over-all, still a very good cake. I gave the cake 4 stars coz I need a new one to eat fresh on the day I order it.
