Delicious!

We bought this for our daughter's birthday cake after having tried it at a friend's birthday party. My daughter has stopped enjoying cake for a while now but this was the one cake she said was delicious and wanted it for her birthday! Enze cakes are awesome.

The Strawberry Mochi Cake was absolutely delicious! The cake was soft and fresh, and the mochi texture added such a unique and enjoyable touch. The strawberries and cream were perfectly balanced — not overly sweet, but still rich and satisfying.
Everyone really enjoyed it, and it was something a little different from a traditional cake. Beautiful presentation as well. Would definitely order again!
