Absolute perfection!

I am completely obsessed with this strawberry mochi cake! It is the perfect balance of flavors and textures. The cake is incredibly moist with that signature, addictive chewy mochi texture. It has a beautiful, natural strawberry flavor that is sweet but not overwhelming. It pairs perfectly with a cup of tea or coffee. If you love mochi or are looking for a unique, delicious dessert, you absolutely need to try this. I will definitely be ordering it again!

Perfect cake to please everyone

All of my guests have different taste preferences but everyone thoroughly enjoyed the cake. They all mentioned that the proportion of cream to sponge was just right.

Very delicious came and hint of sourness with the yogurt in the icing which I really liked. However some of the mochi bits were a bit soggy since it had been sitting suspended in the cream.
