Rose & Lychee Mini Bento

Beautifully light and joyful to eat. Have had this many times and will have many more times still!

I'm usually not the biggest fan of rose flavor desserts but for some reason I really wanted to try ENZE's rose cake and surely it did not disappoint!
My friend and I were surprised right after our first bite, by the pleasant kick of the rose followed by the sweetness of lychee. Rose wasn't overpowering and was well-balanced with lychee in every bite. Everything else was good as always - the sponge was soft & fluffy, cream wasn't too sweet, and the proportion of the cream & sponge was even.
(Just personal taste buds' opinion:) Although the scent isn't too strong in each bite, it does stay in your mouth and accumulates which, personally, makes it harder to have more than a couple of bites. Same goes for my friend who has similar taste buds to mine. I think I would enjoy it even more if the scent was, for example, 100% right now and got reduced to 75-80%. BUT of course it's great as it is now and I would 100% recommend to people who loves a pretty cake that's not too sweet with unique flavor.

Beautiful, the hint of rose was there but not overpowering - light and delicious

Once against a very light and fluffy cake. This is my favourite so far, although the lemon & yuzu is close behind! Lychee pieces give some nice texture and sweetness and the rose water flavour is prominent but just right for me. A delicious cake that I will definitely order again. Delivery was on time and could be tracked. Great service!
