Taro Mini Bento

This taro bento was very yummy. My family had to fight over it as it was only intended as a taste test.

Good

I liked the flavours but found the cake was overpowered by the cream. The cake layer was quite thin so I ended up having to scrape away some of the cream otherwise it felt too sweet/heavy.

I got this cake as a gift for my friend and she loved it so much. ❤️

I got this bento along with mango cake to spoil my husband on his birthday. It was good however not great when I compare to freshness to mango or lychee cake. It was good. But I would feel the butter in my mouth. Did we taste the taro? Yes. Was it strong? No. Would I buy it again. Yes. 😅
