Yummy taro cake

The mini taro bento box was so good. Enze you should consider doing a bigger size cake cause it's just soooooo good!!! You could taste the taro flavor and it was light and fluffy.

Spot on asian pallet

Was skeptical at first at trying this as most taro cakes out there are either too sweet or have a an over artificial taro flavour, but this one was spot on in balance.

My only feedback would be that the cake to cream ratio was almost 50:50, would have liked a 75:25 ratio better.
