Love the cake. It has a good ratio between the sponge, cream and fruit. The cream is airy, not too sweet. The sponge smells like a cup of jasmine tea. The madarin is put on top and inside the cake and not sour at all.
Overall the cake is not too sweet and really refreshing. Definitely will reorder this one

These were so cute and tasty! Different kind of flavour but the tea and mandarin mix very well.
The manderine doesn’t overpower the jasmine tea flavour, it’s balanced well and very refreshing to eat. Would definitely recommend.
If you're a big fan of anything jasmine, you'll love this cake! You can taste the jasmine with every bite and the mandarin is really refreshing. Both flavours compliments each other. Highly recommended!
