I can see why this is a favourite! It was light fluffy and delicious lychee pieces throughout the bento box. There is a hint of rose water but not too overpowering and not too sweet. This is a great size to sample before you buy the cake for next time.

Definitely tasted hints of rosewater and lychee; the mousse was not overly sweet or heavy which I appreciated. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was more chiffon.
The balance of the lychee and rosewater is beautiful. It literally melts in your mouth. 'Heaven' on a spoon!!
