Online for next-day Sydney delivery, or in-store pickup from Top Ryde City and Barangaroo. Order before 12pm for same-day pickup. Order before 10pm the night before for next-day delivery. Pre-orders open up to 90 days in advance.

Storage and serving

Best the day it's collected. If you're not eating it straight away, refrigerate in the box — good for 24 to 48 hours, but the texture is at its peak on day one. Serve cold from the fridge.

Absolutely delicious! The rose and lychee combination is light, fragrant, and perfectly balanced—not overly sweet at all. The mousse is silky smooth, and the Japanese chiffon base is incredibly soft and fluffy. It's a refreshing, elegant little cake that's perfect for one or to share.
