Mmmm... Mandarin & Jasmine cake!

This was a gift for someone at the office and it was so well received! She seemed impressed and so was I. The creativity and presentation are top notch! I will definitely make it a "go-to" for birthday gifts.

Father's day treat

I got this for my FIL for father's day, he absolutely loved the texture and combination of flavour. It was light and not too sweet, just perfect. The Bento size allowed me to order and tried multiple flavours. None disappoint, they were all delicious! Many thanks!

There are likes and dislikes.

The sponge and cream are amazing as always, but a bit of bitterness jasmine was not my favourite.
My partner loved it though.

My family's all time favorite

It is our all time favorite, we love how soft the cream is and it is not too sweet with a hint of tea flavour. Beautiful cake!
