The lemon curd paired perfectly with the yuzu on the top of the soft sponge, not overly sweet, it was refreshing and satisfying.

I love everything about this cake. The citrus flavours come through perfectly and aren’t overwhelming. The cake is not too sweet, could eat this forever.
Ordered 4 mini bento boxes to try some flavours - banoffee, taro, lemon/yuzu, mandarin/jasmine. Enjoyed the lemon/yuzu the most. Mandarin/jasmine had a very strong jasmine flavour I was not prepared for. Cakes were very fresh, disappointed they did not deliver to majority of Western Sydney, I had to get delivered to my sisters house in Rooty Hill as didn’t deliver any further west/to nearby 2759.
