So yummy. Love this new addition.
Its just like eating a creamy, light, dreamy chocolate ferrero roche but cake version. Its so crunchy and smooth the topping but the chiffon sponge cake is a nice balance just so that the topping doesnt overpower it, like your eating a spoonfull of hazlenut spread on its own. Overall, its a chocolate lovers dream bento cake but can only imagine if it were a big cake version too.
This cake has a wonderful, deep, chocolate flavour that is not too sweet. It has a lovely, earthy, cocoa taste. The crunch of the hazelnuts with the soft chocolate mousse and chiffon is delightful.
