Storage and serving

Best the day it's collected. If you're not eating it straight away, refrigerate in the box — good for 24 to 48 hours, but the texture is at its peak on day one. Serve cold from the fridge.

Disappointed

Am not sure if it was the issue with delivery or the cake itself, the cream was soggy and cake base was rubbery. Pistachio cake was alright but again cream was soggy, so was the Lychee one. Mostly the last time we ordered.
