Yummy. The jasmine tea flavour was very prominent and nice fresh mandarins on top.
Love the fresh taste of jasmine tea and mandarin. The cream is smooth but not too thick, best thing for an afternoon tea.
The cake was light & fluffy with a distinct taste of jasmine tea. Portion size was also perfect and for someone who doesn’t have much of a sweet tooth, I really appreciated how the cream wasn’t overly sweet.
Great cake will buy more
