Online for next-day Sydney delivery, or in-store pickup from Top Ryde City and Barangaroo. Order before 12pm for same-day pickup. Order before 10pm the night before for next-day delivery. Pre-orders open up to 90 days in advance.

Storage and serving

Best the day it's collected. If you're not eating it straight away, refrigerate in the box — good for 24 to 48 hours, but the texture is at its peak on day one. Serve cold from the fridge.

Loved it…! But increase taste of jasmine.

The cake was awesome but still felt that it tasted only like mandarin and did not felt that it has jasmine in it. Maybe you can increase the taste of jasmine in the cream to make it more balanced.
