Storage and serving

Best the day it's collected. If you're not eating it straight away, refrigerate in the box — good for 24 to 48 hours, but the texture is at its peak on day one. Serve cold from the fridge.

The presentation of the bento cake was very lovely; the pairing of Jasmine and Mandarin was perfect. This made me want to try other flavours in the future and I personally think that the mini bento cakes are great for last minute personal mini celebration cakes!

Yumm... and refreshing

Beautiful, But Not Our Favourite

The cake was really well made and the cream was nice and smooth. However, there was a slightly bitter taste that we didn’t really enjoy. It’s probably not a flavour we would choose again.

That said, the presentation was really pretty, and you can definitely see the care that went into it.
