Storage and serving

Best the day it's collected. If you're not eating it straight away, refrigerate in the box — good for 24 to 48 hours, but the texture is at its peak on day one. Serve cold from the fridge.

Soft and tasty

It's soft and tasty and that bitter like taste from mandarin just give you that little bit of a kick. Will I order it again? Of course, 1 serving is not a good idea to share. It's enough just for me. the hint of jasmine wasn't very strong either and it blends perfectly.
