Jasmine & Mandarin Mini Bento

The size is good for 2 people. Jasmine is too strong but overall still delicious.

I had ordered this cake so I could get the delivery and unfortunately it wasn’t as good as the other cake. I really enjoy my green teas, there are very little green teas that I dislike but the jasmine flavouring for this cake was overwhelming and I could taste the dirt that it grew in. The balance of flavours was totally off for this cake as it wasn’t sweet enough to counter how powerful the jasmine taste was. This is my only complaint with the cake. Otherwise the cake was lovely and I lived for the mandarin pieces in the cake. It was a very light cake and the cream was delicious. I just wished the flavours were more balanced.

Love the strong tea flavour and Mandarin pieces. Have tried a few Enze cakes and this was one of my faves so far.

It was pleasure tasting a mandarin mini bento cake recently, it was an extraordinary experience. The cake was delicious, showcasing a perfect blend of flavors that harmonized beautifully with a cup of tea + it's beautifully designed petal reef.

The combination of the mandarin orange's zesty freshness with the cake's subtle sweetness created a delightful balance. Each bite revealed layers of complexity. I believe this cake could be a wonderful addition to any gathering or afternoon personal pick me up treat :)
