We've always believed the best cake is the freshest one. And a big part of freshness comes down to something simple: distance. The closer we are to you, the less time your cake spends travelling, and the easier it is to come in and pick one up yourself.
So we're opening on Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, later this year the new ENZE Bondi store and ENZE new store Bondi built around the same freshness-first philosophy.
It'll be the same chiffon, the same cream, the same cakes baked fresh that morning just closer to home for those of you in the eastern suburbs.
Whether you're picking up on the way home or having one delivered nearby, being closer means it reaches you sooner and fresher.
That freshness starts well before the cake leaves the store. Every order is baked on site, from scratch we don't freeze, and we don't mass-bake in a central kitchen and ship it out to our locations. Your cake is made entirely in the store it comes from, the morning you receive it. A new location just means another kitchen doing exactly that, closer to where you are.
