It tastes even better than it looks and it already looks amazing. The icing had pistachio flavour - other cakes normally only have vanilla flavour. Will definitely try their other cakes :)

Lemon gives a mild tangy flavour and paired with the creamy blueberry flavour, the flavours complement each other really well.

I ordered this for Mother’s Day and it was devoured by the family. Light, fluffy chiffon sponge as always, love the zing from the lemon curd balanced with the cream and blueberry, and beautiful presentation. Every cake I’ve ordered from ENZE has been a hit that I pretty much only order cakes from ENZE now!

Very tasty

We loved the presentation and look of the carrot cake we ordered for our Mother's birthday. It tasted even better than it looked, if that is possible.

I had ordered the Blueberry Cake - and while I was showing mum on the website, she saw the Pistachio Cake and got excited.

I messaged Enze and they allowed me to change my order and even refunded me the difference (this was 4 days before pickup). Mum was excited and very proud that I went to the 'effort' of changing the cake. My sister enjoyed hearing all about it on Monther's day (hehehe).

Even the service when I went to pick it up was excellent. This is a company that puts customer service first. It feels on par with a 3 hat restaurant. The people who work for Enze, care.

Now, the cake. It is EXACTLY as it looks on the website. Even down to the fresh raspberries, which were added only when I picked up the cake for freshness. I can taste the pistachio and the raspberry! The cake body is soft and fluffy. The biggest complement I can give this cake is - It's balanced perfectly. The ratio of icing to cake is perfect, the balance of sweetness is right, so it doesn't overwhelm the pistachio and raspberry. And the balance of Rasbery to Pistachio is spot on.

My mum and my brother in law's grandmother both loved it. They both went back for seconds. And, despite being the laziest of all the children, this cake has foisted me to front of the favourite child rankings. For the one who'd given no grandchildren, this is quite an achievement. All thanks to Enze's cake and customer service.
