The blueberry puree with blueberry pieces and the lemon curd were delicious and the sponge cake and cream was so fresh and light and perfectly offset the stronger flavours of the fruit. It all blended beautifully both in taste and visually. The family loved it. My Dad, whose 90th birthday we were celebrating, was glad to have some leftover!

Oh this was so decadent with the Belgian chocolate & salty toffee - but yet so light - this chiffon cake was a definite crowd pleaser at my dinner party - Enze you are simply the best !

The salted caramel & chocolate cream cake is a very light and soft cake with not too much cream to dress it and not too sweet. It is a cake to be enjoyed by everybody even those who might not fancy chocolate cakes.

The cake was gorgeous and delicious, and everyone in our family enjoyed it, from grandparents to grandson. Our family has spent a joyful night on a birthday celebration with a little help from Enze. Thank you. We will definitely order another birthday cake from you again.

The lemon and yuzu cake were fantastic. The flavour of lemon were not overpowering. Has a refreshing taste.

The matcha cream is amazing with a nice strong, but not overwhelming matcha flavour and it pairs very well with the strawberry compote. Together with the soft chiffon its a perfect blend. Highly recommend!

The cake was absolutely beautiful! The pistachio cream exterior with chopped pistachios was stunning, and the raspberry topping added the perfect pop of colour. Tasted just as good as it looked.

I recently tried the most incredible strawberry cake and I can’t stop thinking about it. The sponge was light and perfectly fluffy, the cream was smooth without being overly sweet, and the strawberries tasted so fresh and vibrant. Every bite had that perfect balance of sweetness and a slight tang, which made it feel really refreshing rather than heavy.
You can tell a lot of care went into making it — it wasn’t just pretty to look at, it actually delivered on flavour too. Easily one of the best strawberry cakes I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend if you get the chance to try it!
